Barley Hotdish

One of Holly's Favorites.



Barley Hotdish
1 # lean hamburger
1 medium onion
1 can corn (with liquid)
2 cans tomato soup
2 celery stalks
3/4 c barley

Brown the hamburger and onion. Drain. Mix all the ingredients and 1 can water (tomato soup can) in a baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375. Stir after 45 minutes.

Note: Great with some cheddar cheese on top or add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to your piping hot serving.
