Chicken 65

We tried another Indian dish this past Saturday night. Had it over some rice with naan and samosas on the side. Very tasty indeed.
The how-to video we watched is here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aq2CHgm7hZA

Chicken 65
2-3 pounds of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix in with chicken breast:
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp garam marsala
1 Tb cornstarch
1 Tb refined flour
1 egg

Take 1 lemon and press it down on the counter. Cut in half. Add ½ lemon juice.

Into hot oil, put one piece of chicken at a time. Fry chicken until it is crisp.

Remove chicken. Discard almost all of the oil (save one 1 Tb.)

Blend together:
½ cup yogurt
½ tsp chili powder
Add:
½ tsp refined flour

Using a High flame add:
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 whole red chilis, broken into half
15-20 curry leaves.

Add yogurt mixture.

Add chicken that was fried.

Toss until the chicken absorbs the yogurt and gets coated and whole mix is dried.

Add 2 Tb. Coconut
Give final toss to mix in coconut.
